Review Process
The Enterprise Awards Committee staff will review all proposals and select semifinalists who will be required to submit additional materials. After further evaluation, Enterprise staff will conduct site reviews of the top five eligible projects in each category. The site reviewers will tour the project and interview the applicants, service providers (if different), property managers and a minimum of two residents. The reviewers will then report on the site visits. The Awards Committee will then make the final decisions on the award winners.

Awards Schedule
Winners will be announced at the Enterprise Community Conference, Baltimore, Maryland, November 19-21, 2008.
